Item 9.1 - Proposed List of Agenda Items for Future Board Meetings
The best time to request items is during the period at the end of each meeting that is set aside
for Organizational Business. This allows the President to determine if there are at least two
members interested in future discussion of the item, and also allows the Superintendent to
recommend a future meeting date for the item based on the anticipated length of time staff will
need to prepare information for the discussion.
